You were a fishetarian the whole week! You started by snatching the lady fish from my dish, as I fed you the shreds, you ended up walloping whatever was there!!! This week you have started leaving objects to stand on your own for a few seconds then you confidently sit or move on to the nearest object. You love to kick the FIFA 2010 ball daddy gifted you, now we have to hold your hand and follow the ball so that you kick it around the house. You also began bidding bye-bye to everyone vigorously. You started with our house helpers Noorjan and Devraj to Daddy and guess who you love to bid bye to the most??? To your own reflection in the mirror, I find that hilarious!!!

You are getting boisterous!!!! I feel like laughing and at the same time pulling my hair watching your antics. You do not want to be blocked in your play area any longer, you want to explore every nook and corner of the house and pick the tiniest dirt in some god forsaken corner. This week you identified and said ‘Star’ so many times, that was cute. You also attempted real hard to say light, I admire your will power. You can indentify your stuffed toy cow's eyes, horn and tail. You also love to binge on cow's tail :))).
Your Nana arrived this week from Goa and you were shy when you watched her enter our home.The moment she spoke, you connected with her voice as you would babble endlessly over the phone. Later I could hear peals of laughter from both of you as you played peek a boo. She hand carried chickoos from our backyard including the mangoes and jackfruit that Avozinia's and A. Lorraine sent for you. You absolutely relished it, you are a lucky Goan baby getting pampered with goodies from back home.
I've noticed that you get upset when you see anyone else instead of me or daddy when you wake up. You love dancing, especially when we twirl and this week we had a blast dancing to 'Diane Birch - Valentino'. You have invented a killer machine i.e. your car + musical walker and I must admit that you are creative!! You dislike being held and prefer being down on the ground where you can crawl everywhere and bring the house down :)). This week you did that at A. Serena's home when we went over for Kenisha's 7th birthday. You had a blast with your cousins and you did not want to take your afternoon siesta but I ensured that you got some zzz. Later when you woke up, you were unlike your usual self; we later figured out that if we left you on the floor you were fine :))). You met many family members and friends that day.

The 'mother of all disasters' week has begun, it started with you jamming your fingers, falling of the bed, trying to stand up with the help of the 3 tier shoe rack and the whole thing landing on you!!!! SIGH! Anyways, a handy icepack is ready for you to stick your fingers in….don’t you love that? The funny development about climbing was you climbing the kitchen 2 step ladder where you got stuck on the first step and not knowing how to get off yelled out for me. Your favorite places are the forbidden places like the kitchen and bathrooms :D. This week you were playing with the washing machine lights and you got freaking scared with the loud sounds of it tumbling.

You say a lot of words when you see objects like Cow, Duck, Ball, BHAM, Baba (when you fall), Dad-de, Mum, Tate, Bye..and you actually mean it. You have progressed at swimming, you leap forward into the deep when I make you sit on the first step with your float.
When you stand holding objects you have a smooth sit-down/kneel without any apprehensions. You have been very curious about different light sources. You watch when I switch on the tube/bulbs. The sunlight falling on the walls/ground. You have your own perception of fun, you laugh at your own games your reflections, your own scream, sound of the blocks hitting the ground when you drop em, words like 'Shantinia'(god bless in Portuguese) after you sneeze and Avozinhia (grandma in Portuguese) :D.

You lucky duck have a wardrobe we could never dream off as infants. Maria again pampered you with tons of clothes and A. Lorraine sent you many creative and fun T's out of the lot, one was a super small size that she deep down hoped you would fit in :D (tough luck Ba). She put sweet lil notes in the clothes tag for you :). To get the stuff she sent for you, we met her friend Valanka on the side-stop in the middle of a busy road in Sharjah and OMG you totally ignored her and me as you were too involved watching the cars zip by that made resounding noise.
Audrey visited us and she was in no mood to socialize, you were so happy that you had company that you kept following her Mum wherever she took her, it was hilarious watching your desperate attempts to befriend her. No sooner they left we went over to the Araujo's for Jadon's birthday and your wish was answered, you had tons of admirers and playmates. You admired the ceiling fan that is so rare to see otherwise. Later Jadon and you had a screaming at each other session, the census was that you won (the loudest shout) :D.
You are turning into a parrot imitating everyone :D You even repeat words after we say and BIG WORDS..at time we look at each other to confirm we aint hallucinating. You started off by imitating daddy drumming on the Pilates Ball to saying our house help 'Devraj's' name..only thing is you made him Devdas and he kept telling you he is not a 'Devdas' and is very much married LOOOLLL!
This week A. Leta and Euan watched your antiques on web-chat. They loved everything you did :D . Miku and his mum Thes came over to play with you. Tia dropped by with her parents Stephen and Prisca late friday evening when you were @ the pool but by the time you had a shower, you were all set to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
